90 trial period to evaluate if this is a good direction for the agent and for Legacy Property Management.

Commission based. Will be defined by the President of Legacy Resources.

Summary of duties is required, but my not be limited to:

• Follow up on Property Owner Leads as directed by the Director of Property Management

• Set listing appointments with potential clients that are searching for a rental agency to list and manage their rental properties.

• Process rental analysis reports for potential clients.

• Instruct the clients on the expectations of Legacy Property Management to list and rent their properties for the highest and best rental rate.

• Work closely with the office manager to execute the Listing documents, Property Management agreements, and Residential Rental Agreements.

• Once the listing agreement is signed, the Rental Listing agent will follow the next steps:

◦ Place a lockbox on the door and collect keys from the client.

◦ Schedule property photography once the property is ready, in accordance to the Owner Preparation Checklist

◦ Enter the property in Appfolio and in MLS

◦ If the client is opposed to the prospect self showing process Legacy Property Management has in place, the Rental Listing Agent is responsible for making the appointments to show their rental listings.

◦ Professional attire is required while meeting with the owners, tenants, and Realtor partners.

◦ Perform and schedule the move in inspections for the property with the tenants
